Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients, working under the direction of the Director of Nursing and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Assess and respond to the physical, psychological, and social needs of patients, identifying and addressing a wide range of health issues.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, including medical, surgical, and mental health services.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices in patient care.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one.
  • Current certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance, including a drug screen and criminal background check.
