About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Cashier at Sterling Pharmacy in Adrian, MN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the pharmacy staff in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with locating items on the sales floor and answer their questions or direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company procedures.
  • Support the pharmacy staff with checking orders and invoices, marking and putting away merchandise in the proper location.
  • Participate in daily deliveries and assist with receiving new prescriptions from patients.
  • Work the drive-up window as needed and provide exceptional customer service to patients.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED required.
  • Previous pharmacy experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, including early morning, evening, and weekend hours as needed.
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 25 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours per day.
