Water Resources Engineer Opportunity

Stantec's Water Resource practice is seeking a talented Civil Engineer-in-Training to provide comprehensive engineering services to clients for a variety of infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will work on projects both small and large, collaborating with senior engineers to deliver high-quality results.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct basic calculations and perform other duties assigned by project engineers.
  • Participate in geotechnical explorations and construction-related activities.
  • Assist in preparing civil designs, drawings, specifications, presentations, and reports.
  • Support the civil team in providing support services during construction, including submittal reviews and contract document clarifications.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts and analysis methods.
  • Ability to collaborate in a project team setting and engage in creative and critical thought.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil3D, Geostudio, and gINT.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering.
  • Must have taken and successfully passed the FE exam and be an EIT.
  • Minimum of 0-5 years of experience.
  • Co-op/Internship experience preferred.
