Key Responsibilities:
- Lean Expertise: Act as a subject matter authority, spearheading the adoption of Lean methodologies and offering technical support to our leadership.
- Best Practices Implementation: Recognize and apply industry best practices in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strategic Improvement: Collaborate in formulating strategies and pinpointing areas for enhancement throughout the organization.
- Quality Management: Assess and interpret industry standards and internal Quality Management Systems (QMS) to establish comprehensive procedures and guidelines.
- Issue Resolution: Assist site quality teams and senior management in analyzing and resolving quality challenges, promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Project Facilitation: Lead and coordinate projects stemming from our High-Performance Team Board process.
- ISO-9001 Management: Supervise the establishment and execution of ISO-9001 quality management systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Process Engineering.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ISO-9000 and internal auditing; experience with CORE, Lean, or Six-Sigma methodologies.
- Process Optimization: Enhance manufacturing, product, and customer quality processes to implement effective improvements.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities to facilitate, visualize, and convey process flows to stakeholders and teams.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships across various levels of leadership and individual contributors, utilizing change management skills to influence organizational culture.
- Project Leadership: Execute projects using proactive project management techniques and risk mitigation strategies.
- Innovative Solutions: Design and implement solutions that align with organizational needs and deliver value.
- Leadership Capabilities: Drive initiatives with minimal oversight, establish objectives, and guide others towards achieving operational success.
