Salary: $112,000 - $132,000 per year

As a Rehabilitation Medicine Expert at Comprehensive Rehab Consultants, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to optimize rehabilitative outcomes and promote patient independence. Your expertise will be invaluable in treating patients with physical impairments and disabilities, particularly those with conditions common in skilled nursing facilities such as CVA, progressive neurological conditions, and postoperative orthopedic surgeries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) services as a rehab consultant
  • Represent CRC in your facility through strong clinical leadership and collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
  • Collaborate with PCP teams to help manage conditions common in SNFs
  • Work alongside PT, OT, and SLP teams to improve patient function and quality of life

Requirements:

  • Nurse Practitioner/APRN/Physician Assistant licensure
  • Massachusetts License
  • Ability to work in the U.S.
  • Experience in post-acute space preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to understand facility partners' needs
  • Empathy and compassion
