Role Overview:

The Implementation Support Specialist I at UMass Chan plays a vital role in facilitating the implementation of innovations across various settings. This position involves working with team members and external partners to co-create, engage, and support ongoing improvement and sustainability efforts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promote stakeholder involvement in the design and implementation process.
  • Create engaging spaces for stakeholders in meetings and other implementation activities.
  • Prepare for stakeholder meetings, ensuring relevant individuals and groups are involved in communication.
  • Support collaborative implementation planning and co-development of implementation plans.
  • Facilitate the co-design of tools, products, processes, and governance structures.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 1 year of professional experience involving planning, teamwork, communication, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Empathetic, curious, strong critical thinking skills, and commitment to advancing equity in implementation efforts.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Estimated Annual Salary:$72,500 - $82,500.
