Responsibilities:

* Transport passengers to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner
* Follow pre-planned routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at destinations
* Assist passengers with loading and unloading of luggage and other items
* Maintain cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle
* Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
* Report any vehicle malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate department
* Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving the shuttle vehicle
* Maintain accurate records of all transactions
* Provide excellent customer service to passengers with a smile, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
* Report for work in a timely manner when scheduled

Additional Job Duties:

* Assist with other duties, as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities:

* This job has no supervisory responsibilities

Qualifications:

* Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed):

* High school diploma or equivalent
* One to three years of experience driving a shuttle is preferred
* Minimum Qualifications:

* Must possess a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be insured to drive
* Ability to operate a passenger van or shuttle bus
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to follow directions and schedules
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
* Must be able to communicate in English
* Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service
* Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members

Physical Requirements:

* The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the Shuttle Driver to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions, provided such accommodations do not create an undue hardship for the Company.

* The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., while performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand and walk; sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear.

* Physical attendance at the primary work location is required.
