Job Overview

As a Shift Supervisor at KFC, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during scheduled shifts. You will be responsible for assisting the management team in overseeing daily activities, maintaining high standards of customer service, and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Assist the management team in leading the team, promoting a positive work environment, and fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by acting with a People Always First attitude, connecting with guests, and discovering and responding to their needs.
  • Store Operations: Support the management team in executing store operations during scheduled shifts, including organizing opening and closing duties as assigned.
  • Inventory and Supply Management: Assist with maintaining food inventory, supply levels, ordering, and receiving as needed.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local regulations, and laws, including maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Training and Development: Assist with new team member training, provide coaching and feedback, and support the development of team members to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Skills: Basic working knowledge of store operations and guest relations, basic computer fundamentals (POS, Microsoft Office), and food preparation skills as they relate to restaurant business.
  • Certifications: Must be up to date on food safety and health codes.
