Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver WOW experiences to our members and their families.
  • Assist with Class Scheduling and Billing: Ensure seamless operations and excellent communication with our members.
  • Work in Sales Capacity: Sell new memberships and help grow our business.
Job Qualifications and Skills
  • Ability to Work with Children: A must-have for our team members who interact with our young swimmers.
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Stay organized and communicate effectively with our team and members.
  • High Energy: Bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to our team.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.
  • Background Examinations: Pass background checks prior to training.
  • Minimum Age 16: Meet our minimum age requirement for this role.
