Compensation

Our drivers can expect to earn between $960-$1,175 per week, depending on their experience and performance. In addition to mileage pay, our drivers also receive hourly pay while on duty but not driving, as well as weekly performance pay.

Benefits
  • We offer a 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight system, allowing our drivers to maximize their time on the road.
  • Our dispatch team plans routes in advance, giving our drivers improved planning and scheduling capabilities.
  • We provide paid orientation, paid time off after six months, and up to six days of holiday pay per year.
  • And with our annual bonus program, our drivers can earn up to 2% of their annual gross pay.
Requirements
  • A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required, along with a HazMat endorsement.
