Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a supervisory capacity, with the ability to recruit, hire, and manage staff to fulfill community needs.
  • Proficiency in various trade skills, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and general maintenance.
  • Prior experience in maintenance for a large residential community, hotel, hospitality, or similar sectors.
  • Experience in a Senior Living environment is advantageous.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service with a friendly demeanor when interacting with staff, residents, and their families.
  • Acceptable driving record.
