  • Manage our financial records, including invoicing, accounts payable, and receivable, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Enter data into QuickBooks daily and maintain up-to-date financial records.
  • Reconcile bank statements, monitor cash flow, and generate insightful financial reports to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and assist in annual audits to maintain financial stability.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations in the non-medical home care sector.
  • Manage client authorizations and maintain accurate records for private pay, Medicaid, and VA clients.
  • Work closely with our scheduling and intake teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, train staff, and develop policies to maintain high standards of care and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of compliance standards in the non-medical home care industry.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience setting up QuickBooks Online a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
