Marketing Director

Lifelong Access is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing & Sales to lead the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies for future growth of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, with experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital presence, and building strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.

The Director of Marketing & Sales will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Managing a strong digital presence, including the website and social media
• Building and maintaining relationships with employees, stakeholders, and the community
• Supervising the Marketing Assistant
• Providing leadership and guidance to the marketing team

The successful candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
• At least three years of experience in a marketing-related field
• Experience with purchasing and managing digital ads and campaigns on social media platforms
• Previous marketing agency or nonprofit experience is strongly preferred
• Engaging hands-on leadership with effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, detailed, problem solver with high ethical standards
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
• Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud and graphic design is preferred
