Job Title: Life Science QEA Leader

Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Life Science QEA Leader to drive QA Strategy CoE model Process and Transformation initiatives for Patient Services program.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in Quality Assurance, Life Sciences, and Patient Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing E2E testing, strategy, and QA transformation. Experience in handling production ServiceNow tickets, data integration across Commercial systems, and creating/executing SQL/SOQL queries is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead test strategy, oversee execution, and completion to meet quality expectations.
  • Manage all testing activities, including planning, conducting tests, and resolving bugs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Test Plans and Test Suites.
  • Document test results and track failures in defect management tools like JIRA.
  • Establish QA COE and streamline test strategy.
  • Define framework for consistent QA execution and measurement.
  • Standardize test process and drive Test automation across all systems.
  • Define, manage, and implement QA processes and record QA metrics.
  • Review, evaluate, and sign off work products for accuracy and applicability.
  • Provide support for onsite and offshore QA/Dev teams.
  • Coordinate with onsite, offshore, and third-party vendors for data creation and integration.

Requirements:

  • 16+ years of overall experience in Life Sciences industry with experience in patient drug journey, HIPAA concepts, handling PHI and PII data, and data security.
  • Strong experience in managing E2E testing along with strategy and QA transformation.
  • Hands-on experience in validation, compliance with regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with data integration across Commercial systems, including in-house and vendor applications.
  • Hands-on experience handling production ServiceNow tickets, including functional issues, business requests, data issues, data manipulation, user setup, and other ad-hoc requests.
  • Experience creating and executing SQL/SOQL queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis purposes in MySQL, SnowFlake, and Salesforce.
  • Expert troubleshooting skills across systems to identify defects and assign them to the right system.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, time management skills, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Data analysis experience using Salesforce, SOAPUI, Postman, SnowFlake, and MySQL.
  • Experience with test data creation and test automation.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Knowledge on SFDC and SFMC.
  • PMP Certification.
