Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our team at Jushi Holdings Inc. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Access control for guests, tenants, and vendors
  • Enforcement of company policies and procedures
  • Observation and reporting of fire and safety hazards
  • Conduct of routine foot patrols in and around the building
  • Reporting of all pertinent issues and incidents to the general manager and other Security Managers as appropriate
  • Interaction with various persons, including clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public
  • Operation of all surveillance CCTV and related equipment
  • Maintenance of strict confidentiality with respect to the operations, controls, and procedures involved in surveillance activities
  • Notification of the VP of Global Security/SOC in the event of a mechanical malfunction of the security or surveillance system that is anticipated to exceed a 4-hour period
  • Retention of unaltered copies of recordings for 4 years or until the investigation or proceeding is closed
  • Performance of all other job duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with customer service
  • Excellent computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills over the phone and in person
  • Occasional local travel may be required
  • Constant performance of desk-based computer tasks
  • Frequent standing and walking
  • Occasional reaching, working above shoulders, grasping lightly, fine manipulation, grasping forcefully, using a telephone, sorting/file paperwork or parts, lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling objects that weigh up to 50 pounds
