Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical conditions
  • Insert and remove endotracheal tubes as needed
  • Promote continuous quality improvement and patient safety
  • Teach and counsel patients and their families on respiratory care and disease management
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of patient needs and be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

  • Must possess Active CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent
  • Possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date
  • Current state licensure is required
  • ACLS is required within 6 months of hire

The estimated salary for this position is $35 - $45 per hour, depending on location and experience.
