About the Role

AEG is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain stock levels, communicate with the Concessions Stand Manager regarding low stock items, and ensure that the work area is clean and organized.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve concession items, beverages, and snacks to guests.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain high standards of sanitation, health, and safety in the work area, including the disposal of garbage and cleaning of dishes.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Age: Must be 18 or over.
  • Experience: Three or more months' experience in the food service industry preferred.
  • Cash Handling: Previous cash handling experience preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers, and guests.
