Position Overview:
The Evening Security Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for all guests, visitors, and team members. This role involves protective and enforcement duties, executed with professionalism and courtesy, especially during emergencies and disturbances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular security rounds throughout the hotel and office areas.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations and security requests.
  • Maintain a high level of safety and security for guests and associates.
  • Enforce hotel policies and procedures in a tactful manner.
  • Prepare detailed incident and accident reports as required.
  • Collaborate with the Management Team and follow directives from Executive Committee members.
  • Monitor access points and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Assist guests and staff with inquiries and provide necessary directions.
  • Handle lost property inquiries and assist with related processes.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Hotel Management, Criminal Justice, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or military roles is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and tact.
  • Physical ability to perform essential job functions, including standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Red Cross and First Aid certification is a plus.

Work Environment:
This position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be necessary for certain tasks, and training will be provided on its use.
