About the Role

The Youth Improv Comedy Program Instructor is a key member of our team at The Jones Center For Families. In this role, you will lead and facilitate engaging classes for young individuals, fostering their creative expression and social skills through improvisational comedy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse age groups, ensuring an inclusive and entertaining learning environment.
  • Maintain a safe and respectful space for students to explore their creativity.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a sense of community.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure seamless program execution.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 18 years old.
  • Proven experience working with children of various ages.
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
