- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting patient-centered care and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development, staying current with best practices and advancements in emergency nursing.
- Active RN license
- Degree from an accredited nursing program
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (may be required in some positions)
- Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting
- Other requirements determined by the client facility
