Key Responsibilities- Food and Beverage Service: Take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that our residents and guests receive excellent service.
- Dining Room Setup: Assist in setting up the dining room and catering areas, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
- Customer Service: Engage with residents and guests, becoming familiar with their preferences and providing personalized service to meet their needs.
- Logistics and Inventory: Complete entry into all log sheets as required, including meal counts, dishwasher temperature, and other relevant data. Record and stock supplies in service areas as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Practice standards of food sanitation, infection control, and quality assurance to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our residents and guests.
- Serving and Kitchen Experience: Previous experience in serving or kitchen/food service is preferred.
- Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
