Job Summary

As a Server at The Ritz-Carlton, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the face of our hotel and will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and kitchen
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Anticipate and address guests' needs, including special requests and dietary restrictions
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient service

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of related work experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
