About the OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team and work with the residents of a senior living community. As a PT, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy and wellness services, conducting assessments and treatment planning, and maintaining professional practices and ethical standards.
Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy and wellness services to older adults
- Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment
- Maintain professional practices and ethical standards in accordance with company-wide policies and clinical initiatives
- Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving
- Optimize each patient's functional well-being and satisfaction

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current state licensure in PT
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A results-oriented mindset with a dash of critical thinking
