We are seeking a dedicated Gastroenterology Specialist to join our esteemed hospital-employed group at Inspire Healthcare. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape your practice while delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Design a personalized schedule that aligns with your professional preferences.
- Engage in general gastroenterology procedures, with opportunities for advanced techniques such as ERCP and EUS, though these are not mandatory.
- Participate in a manageable call rotation of 1:4.
- Collaborate with a robust network of Primary Care providers.
- Provide consultative services for inpatient care, averaging 15-20 consults weekly.
- Oversee all inpatient endoscopy procedures in our well-equipped facilities.
Our hospital features:
- Four Endoscopy Suites equipped with Fuji scopes and dedicated block time.
- Anesthesia coverage available from 7 AM to 5 PM, with an on-call team for night procedures.
- An average of 12-15 patients seen in the afternoon office clinic.
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- A guaranteed base salary of $561,000 with additional bonuses based on productivity and quality metrics.
- A significant sign-on or commencement bonus.

- 5 days and $3,000 allocated for continuing medical education.
