This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Power Engineering Division, driving business growth and technical excellence.
  • Manage and mentor technical staff, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement business practices and quality procedures to ensure technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with business strategy and technical design teams to achieve company vision.
  • Manage project risks, workload, and costs to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial and/or utility power systems design and construction.
  • Professional Engineering license preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience in managing technical staff and collaborating with diverse engineering disciplines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
