Technology Specialist

Naturally Wired is seeking a highly skilled Technology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced smart home and office automation systems.

• System Design and Implementation: Collaborate with clients to understand their technology needs and design customized solutions that meet their requirements.
• Network and Audio Visual Setup: Install and configure networking, audio, and video systems to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Client Support and Training: Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients, including training on system usage and troubleshooting.
• System Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Regularly inspect and maintain systems to ensure they are functioning properly, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Windows and/or MacOS, with knowledge of iOS and/or Android.
• Strong Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients.
• Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
