About the Role

As a Litigation Attorney, you will possess outstanding research abilities, written and oral advocacy skills, and be well organized, detail oriented, and able to independently manage a busy time-sensitive caseload.

The position is classified as a hybrid role, requiring hours in the office and virtually. You will be part of a congenial, team-oriented, and professional work environment with skilled support staff.

Responsibilities
  • Direct support staff on clerical and administrative matters related to lawsuit handling
  • Experience directing support staff on clerical and administrative matters related to lawsuit handling
  • Strong automation/technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation
  • Law degree from ABA accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
  • Active license to practice law in New York and be a member in good standing with the New York state bar
