Position Summary
The Tire Service Specialist position is an entry-level opportunity designed for aspiring Automotive Technicians at McGee. In this role, you will be integral to our team, providing essential tire services to our valued customers. Your contributions will not only enhance vehicle performance but also ensure the safety and satisfaction of our clientele.
The compensation for this role ranges from minimum wage to $32.00 per hour, with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical tasks including tire changes, mounting, and installations.
- Conduct wheel removal, tire balancing, and repair services.
- Execute tire inspections and rotations to maintain vehicle safety.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- A positive attitude and a collaborative team spirit are essential.
- Physical capability to work overhead, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
