Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stewarding Assistant to join our team. As a Stewarding Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Stewarding Supervisor and Restaurant Outlets in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Food and Beverage Outlets.

Responsibilities
  • Promptly and carefully sort soiled ware to ensure proper cleaning and storage.
  • Wash and replace all ware in designated storage areas.
  • Operate the dish machine and maintain it according to hotel standards.
  • De-tarnish and polish silverware to ensure proper appearance.
  • Clean kettles, tilt skillets, pots, and pans to facilitate efficient cooking.
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of service ware and maintenance procedures to enhance the guest experience.
  • Ability to push/pull service carts weighing up to 150 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to transport heavy objects through a crowded room with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to adapt to different audiences.
