About the Role: As a Climbing Arborist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including pruning, removals, cable bracing, and other related activities. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your skills and experience to ensure the health and well-being of clients' landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert tree care services, including pruning, removals, and cable bracing
  • Operate aerial lifts (bucket trucks) and other specialized equipment
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of tree care standards, safety protocols, and industry best practices

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in arboriculture, horticulture, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tree care, climbing, or a related field
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb trees without spurs, and work at heights
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and authorization to work lawfully in the United States
