About Kohl's Sephora Beauty Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beauty Advisor to join our team at Kohl's. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for beauty and excellent customer service skills.

As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales through providing expert advice on top beauty brands and products. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your knowledge to make personalized recommendations that meet their expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for beauty and a desire to continuously learn and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and products. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bullet Build strong relationships with clients and provide them with exceptional service
  • Bullet Stay knowledgeable about top beauty brands and products, including ingredients, benefits, and application techniques
  • Bullet Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products based on client needs and preferences
  • Bullet Maintain a clean and organized visual merchandising display, including merchandise sets, testers, and department cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Bullet Support inventory management, including freight processing, back stocking, replenishment, inventory counts, and price changes
  • Bullet Actively engage in safety and shortage reduction programs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bullet Authentic passion for beauty
  • Bullet Client-facing retail or service industry experience
  • Bullet Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bullet Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary Information:

Pay starts at $13.70 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth within the company.
