Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective room cleaning and maintenance.
- Conduct regular room inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve housekeeping processes and increase guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide training and guidance to new team members to ensure they meet company standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
