Hotel Equities is seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Inspector to join our team at the SpringHill Suites in Topeka, KS. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our guest rooms.

• Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective room cleaning and maintenance.
• Conduct regular room inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve housekeeping processes and increase guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Provide training and guidance to new team members to ensure they meet company standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
