Cart and Janitorial Associate Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cart and Janitorial Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our Front-End Service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience from the moment they enter our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customers have a great first and last impression by maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Gather carts from the parking lot and transport them to the store.
  • Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store.
  • Clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude in all weather conditions.
