About the Role:

• Create metal products from start to finish, using a range of techniques and equipment.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to bring projects to life, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to stay up-to-date and competitive.
• Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and creativity within the team.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
