About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Tender Touch Rehab Services, LLC. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality treatment to patients, adhering to state guidelines and the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
  • Assist in identifying patients who require rehabilitation and referring them to our services.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring the co-signature of the Occupational Therapist.
  • Obtain and manage medical orders, re-certifications, and discharges as required.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, working collaboratively with the rehabilitation team.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited college with a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy, recognized by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • Current licensure and/or registration as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state where the position is located.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
