We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fish Cutter to join our team at Kura Sushi Torrance. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for accurately cutting, preparing, and portioning fish to ensure the highest quality food is served to our guests.

The ideal candidate will be a team player who is passionate about food, culture, and providing an exceptional dining experience. You will be expected to work collaboratively with our chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.

• Accurately cut, prepare, and portion fish for service

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience as a fish cutter or in a similar role
• Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Salary and Benefits:
