Housekeeper A03

Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeper A03 to join our team. As a Housekeeper A03, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our guests and staff.

• Perform a variety of housekeeping and custodial duties in assigned locations, including cleaning rooms, common areas, and public spaces.
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, and buffers.
• Restock supplies and amenities, and identify and report any maintenance problems or issues.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work independently, following established procedures and guidelines, and taking initiative to complete tasks and meet deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for long periods of time.

The work environment is primarily indoors, with some outdoor duties required. The incumbent will be exposed to heavy lifting, possibility of cuts, scrapes, bruises, strains, sprains, and skin irritations from use of strong cleaning solutions.

Direct Deposit of total NET pay is mandatory as a condition of employment for all appointments to positions within MCCS.
