Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Sales Engineer to enhance our dynamic Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative manufacturing solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute strategic sales plans aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Present our services and solutions to prospective clients while nurturing existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to comprehend product specifications and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide both technical and non-technical support to clients regarding equipment usage and maintenance.
  • Prepare and conduct technical presentations to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
  • Engage with customers and engineers to evaluate equipment needs and determine system specifications.
  • Customize product configurations to meet client requirements.
  • Manage order acquisition and renewal processes, including delivery arrangements.
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting issues with existing equipment.
  • Suggest enhancements in materials or machinery to clients, demonstrating how modifications can reduce costs or boost productivity.
  • Participate in research and development of new products.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector, particularly in turbine engine production.
  • Proven success in technical sales.
  • Strong grasp of engineering principles with the ability to convey them to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong business development capabilities with a history of closing sales.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and emerging market trends.
  • Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
