  • Exhibits proficient patient and technical imaging capabilities by executing a range of radiological examinations while upholding the utmost standards of patient care.
  • Adheres strictly to hospital and departmental protocols regarding patient identification and safety measures.

  • Maintains competency in skill levels for patient imaging examinations.
  • Delivers age-appropriate care to patients across all age groups, from infants to the elderly.

  • For detailed responsibilities, refer to the documentation provided during departmental orientation.
  • Must comply with all regulations to securely manage Protected Health Information (PHI) for patients. Annual training, the organization's Code of Conduct, and policies are established to ensure appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Associate's Degree (Mandatory) or
  • Completion of an accredited two-year program in Radiologic Technology with the necessary Certification. (Mandatory)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Thorough understanding of x-ray apparatus (both digital and analog), image printing devices, computers, PACS, and radiology information systems. (Mandatory)
  • Must exhibit strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills along with exceptional customer service abilities. (Mandatory)

Licenses and Certifications

  • Registered Technologist in Radiography (ARRT-R) (Mandatory) and
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Mandatory)
