Clinical Behavior Analyst Job Summary

The Little City Foundation is seeking a skilled Clinical Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing behavior analysis and treatment services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess individuals on the assigned caseload annually and develop written behavior strategies based upon individual needs.
  • Identify program behavioral trends and provide recommendations for adjusting interventions and implementation strategies as needed.
  • Work hands-on in classroom environments/home settings utilizing CPI as necessary and modeling appropriate implementation of the behavior plan.
  • Collaborate with families in the development of behavior support strategies and communicate progress or challenges in regards to services.

Qualifications:

  • Current certification or ability to meet certification requirements for a Level 2 Behavior Therapist by the Department of Human Services within two months of hire.
  • Minimum two years' experience with individuals with autism or other developmental and intellectual disabilities in a residential setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; excellent time management skills.
