Position Overview:

ProV International is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Delivery Manager/Director to oversee the successful execution of a Sales & Marketing implementation for our operations in the US and Dominican Republic.

Collaborating with an on-site project partner (a mid-tier Salesforce partner), internal Business Analysts, and closely coordinating with the offshore development team, the Salesforce Delivery Manager will manage all facets of the delivery cycle. This includes influencing design, defining the project roadmap, and supervising the build and deployment phases. We aim to identify a proficient Salesforce Delivery Manager with a proven history of delivering enterprise-level Salesforce/CRM projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining strategy and managing the project roadmap/design
  • Ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce/CRM projects through phased implementation
  • Overseeing offshore development functions within an Agile development framework
  • Project management duties
  • Coordinating release management and product backlog
  • Engaging with key business stakeholders and leading high-level requirements gathering and process mapping
  • Vendor management responsibilities
  • Ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices

Required Knowledge/Skills:

  • Significant consulting experience preferred; executive-level sales support experience in consulting/professional services
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and foster creativity within a team
  • Customer-focused with strong client relationship-building skills
  • Solid background in Cloud Computing solutions—passionate about leveraging new technologies to positively impact business operations and cloud computing strategy, systems design, integration, implementation, and management
  • Prior experience leading an Application Functional team (Configuration, customization, development) or Application Integration team (including data integration/data modeling)
  • Consulting experience with medium to large consulting firms focusing on cloud computing-related consulting (solution architecture, storage, SaaS, multi-tenant computing, large-scale computing environments, etc.)
  • Experience managing multi-shore projects
  • PMP and other project management certifications preferred
  • Salesforce and other cloud platform certifications
  • Strong work ethic with a focus on customer service

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree, a professional qualification, or equivalent experience
  • Multiple Salesforce Certifications preferred
