Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a company vehicle safely, adhering to all state and federal DOT regulations.
  • Follow established safety protocols diligently.
  • Complete daily service orders as scheduled.
  • Conduct thorough diagnostics, installation, or removal of residential and commercial water treatment systems, identifying and resolving any issues.
  • Engage with customers directly, communicating equipment status and providing effective solutions.
  • Process payments upon service completion and assist in the collection of overdue accounts.

Work Environment:

  • This role is primarily based in the Scotia, NY office, with occasional travel to nearby branches as required.

Qualifications:

  • Prior plumbing experience is essential.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • Familiarity with the local area is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • All candidates must pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
  • Willingness to drive for extended periods (2-3 hours).
  • Capability to kneel and bend for prolonged durations.
