Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a company vehicle safely, adhering to all state and federal DOT regulations.
- Follow established safety protocols diligently.
- Complete daily service orders as scheduled.
- Conduct thorough diagnostics, installation, or removal of residential and commercial water treatment systems, identifying and resolving any issues.
- Engage with customers directly, communicating equipment status and providing effective solutions.
- Process payments upon service completion and assist in the collection of overdue accounts.
Work Environment:
- This role is primarily based in the Scotia, NY office, with occasional travel to nearby branches as required.
Qualifications:
- Prior plumbing experience is essential.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
- Familiarity with the local area is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- All candidates must pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
- Willingness to drive for extended periods (2-3 hours).
- Capability to kneel and bend for prolonged durations.
