- Equipment Operation: Skillfully operate x-ray machinery and manage inventory of necessary supplies.
- Safety Compliance: Stay informed about the latest x-ray techniques and safety protocols to ensure optimal patient care.
- Clinical Support: Assist healthcare providers by drawing blood and supporting patient interactions.
- Vital Signs Monitoring: Accurately obtain and record patient vitals and medical histories.
- Communication: Handle patient inquiries and provide information as needed.
- Administrative Duties: Perform front-office tasks such as obtaining referrals, processing payments, updating patient records, answering calls, and scheduling appointments.
- Associate degree from an accredited radiology program.
- Registered or eligible for registration in radiology.
- Commitment to ongoing education in the field.
- Comprehensive understanding of radiological testing methods.
- Proficient in executing various radiology procedures.
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and responsibilities.
