Physician Assistant Hospitalist Position

Under the supervision of a physician, provides primary medical care to patients to assist in their recovery from acute illnesses and minimize the effects of chronic illnesses.
Job Requirements- Bachelor's Degree and graduate of an approved Physician Assistant (PA) school.
- CT State PA license, DEA/State of CT controlled substance.
- Certification by the National Commission on the certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- ACLS & BLS certification.
- Must maintain 50 CME's over two years.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Two years prior PA Hospitalist or Internal Medicine experience required.
Work in a collegial work environment with experienced physicians and physician assistants in a busy hospital in a family-friendly location with close proximity to NYC.
