The Mold Setter is a critical role in the manufacturing process of plastic parts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, removal, and upkeep of molds and mold components.

• Inspect molds and components for damage and report any issues to the Production Manager
• Use overhead cranes, tow motors, and power tools to remove molds and components from machines
• Clean and transport molds and components to and from storage areas
• Install and replace hydraulic and water lines as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of hydraulics and limit switches
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Injection molding experience a plus
• Mold setting experience a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically throughout the day
