As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Inventory Control: Develop and implement effective inventory control procedures to minimize stockouts and overstocking, and to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity in the warehouse.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure a safe and secure work environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures, and by conducting regular safety inspections and training.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, shipping and receiving activity, and other key metrics, to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving process improvement.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high levels of performance. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience with warehouse management systems and other logistics software.
