Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans to address the unique needs of patients.
- Provide evidence-based treatments and interventions to promote mental health and well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and regulatory requirements in psychiatric-mental health nursing.
- Current Georgia License as a Registered Professional Nurse.
- Current Georgia Authorization/Certification as a PMHNP Advanced Practice Registered Professional Nurse.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Master's Degree in Nursing from the Georgia Board of Nursing Graduate School NP program.
- Previous experience in psychiatric-mental health nursing preferred.
