We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team on a travel assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Job Summary:This is a 13-week travel assignment for a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide expert therapy services to patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Provide hands-on therapy services to patients, including exercises, activities, and education
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Current state license in good standing with the State License Board and up-to-date state and contract-required competency tests and credentials
- Current hands-on CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association
