Steward Assistant

At Hard Rock, we're looking for a skilled Steward to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

• Clean and maintain kitchen areas, including dishes, pots, and pans, to the highest standards.
• Wash, scrub, or polish utensils, such as pots, pans, trays, silverware, and plates, to ensure they're spotless and ready for use.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, and dispose of garbage in a responsible manner.
• Load and unload dish machines, keep the dish room organized, and wash wares in the 3-bay sink.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen walls, coolers, freezers, and ceilings to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Ensure areas are stocked with essential supplies, including paper towels and soap.
