Job Overview

Mansfield Hall is seeking a Substitute Coach to join our team. As a Substitute Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting students in achieving their college dreams and developing independent living skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement student plans to promote academic and social growth
  • Coach students in self-care, communication, and life skills
  • Encourage student independence and self-advocacy
  • Build strong relationships with students and colleagues
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure quality programming and student support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Juniors and Seniors may apply
  • 1+ years working with diverse learners, higher education settings, or multiple stakeholders
  • Experience supporting academic and social growth in a higher education environment
